Are you struggling with feelings that are often uncomfortable, overwhelming, debilitating or even shameful? Do you find that you have difficulties finding safe, satisfying relationships? Do you feel stuck and confused and unsure of what next steps to take? Do you feel guilt or overwhelmed of parenting a special need child? Are these difficulties getting in the way of you leading the life you want? You do not have to struggle alone. We can work together to uncover the reasons for these difficulties and work through them to a more peaceful, satisfying place.

I am an LMSW with a CASAC-MC, a graduate from Fordham University. I have been a Clinician  for over 20 years and work with a wide range of issues. More specifically, I specialize in, depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, LGBTQ, Trauma Issues, Work issues, Substance Misuse, Separation Issues in Young Adults, Special Needs Issues, Relationship Difficulties and Anger Management.

It can be scary or off-putting to make that first appointment with a therapist. I do understand that and will do my best to provide a warm and supportive space for you. My style is warm, interactive, supportive, and practical. I meet people where they are to best help them feel safe as we work together.
